With a career in property starting in 1998, I have been a full time trainer for residential lettings and property management since 2012. ​As a freelancer, I have had the benefit of working with a variety of clients; from small independent letting agencies to large multinational firms.  As well as that, I have trained directly for MOL, the Academic Institute whose courses include Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management for Propertymark ARLA.

Founded in 2024 after 13 years training agents for GKJ Consultants, one of England's leading estate agency training providers, LETiQ delivers expert training in residential law and practice, property and block management, and the holiday let market. Built on a successful career in central London residential lettings, we've worked with many of the UK's largest multinational agencies, and we're one of a small number of academies affiliated with Propertymark Qualifications, working directly with them to deliver the most current, exam ready syllabus. We also offer specialist training, such as short and holiday lets, delivered by tutors who are genuine experts in their fields.
