Unit 6 Residential Lettings, Property Management and Practice
The full lettings cycle from instruction to end of tenancy. Twelve sections across tenancy setup, rent, deposits, repairs and managing the property properly, including what changes under the Renters' Rights Act 2025.
Unit 10 Sale of Residential Property
The residential sales process end to end. Seven sections covering legislation and property taxation, market appraisal, preparing particulars, marketing and negotiating a sale, and progressing it through to completion for every type of seller.
